ESSENTIAL OILS FOR THE GREEN THUMB



Unfortunately there are pests and fungal diseases that can impede growth or reduce the harvest of producing plants. Rather than turning to harmful chemicals to address challenges in the garden you can try all-natural solutions for both your garden and first aid kit. These solutions can support in attracting more bees, avoiding carcinogenic chemicals and environmental threats.

CHANGE OF SEASONS AND ALLERGIES
Tri Ease Softgels or a roller of Lemon Peppermint Lavender diluted with a carrier oil for respiratory support.
Use this consistently for a week before exposure and during the seasons when needed.

VEGETABLE AND FRUIT WASH
6 drops Lemon Essential Oil and ACV (apple cider vinegar) in water and soak and rinse.
This is important for removing chemical build up if not growing yourself.

BODY SHIELD AND PROTECTION
Terrashield also known as the Outdoor Blend and Purify applied as a veil before outdoor activities.
Apply topically for bugs, mosquitos, annoying insects and horseflies.

STING BE GONE
Roller of Lavender and Purify and Tea tree diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Fantastic if you get stung by a bee or ant.

NATURAL ANTICEPTIC
Tea Tree - apply diluted to cuts and scrapes to support healing.

GRUBS NO MORE
Garlic, Chilli and ACV (apple cider vinegar) and water.
Kill grubs and crickets naturally.

STEMS 
Arborvitae – known for its powerful repelling of insects.
Place around sugar cane mulch for seedlings along stems with a vegetable oil.

TOPICAL OINTMENT
Correct X – a blend of Frankincense, Helichrysum, Melaleuca, Cedarwood and Lavender.
A topical ointment, free from petroleum, and preservatives.

HEAT AND SUN EXPOSURE
Lavender – known for it's soothing benefits for the skin.
Apply to, burns, sun burn or any skin irritations.

COOL IT DOWN
Peppermint – known for it's cooling affects on the body.
Fantastic at cooling the body temperature, when overheated, or high temperatures in summer months.

FUN FACT - create a mix of Lavender and peppermint in a spray bottle to soothe and cool sunburn simultaneously.

Deep Blue and Aromatouch – both blends consist of soothing, cooling and relieving oils.
Apply topically to support the relief of muscle aches, pains and joint discomfort.
Apply on your lower back after a day outdoors or hands after a day in the garden and pop on some cotton gloves.

POLLINATOR ATTRACTOR
5-6 drops of Wild Orange in a cup of water.
Spray on flowers and buds to attract bees.

INSECT DETERRENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL THREATS 
10drops of any 4 - Rosemary, Peppermint, Thyme and Clove, Cedarwood, Lemongrass, Cinnimon, Arborvitae, Geranium.
Around and near plants to relieve environmental threats.
Note: Avoid spraying plants directly.

SOIL, FUNGUS AND CLEANING
Melaleuca and water - for soil threats.
Cleaning garden tools and greenhouse surfaces.

PESTS

Place a few drops in small dish with water or rags and hang near garden.
