It is so vital for your physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health that in each moment, you really feel how situations, circumstances, moments & people make you feel. Feeling deep into your body is a beautiful sensation that allows you to fully honour & show up for yourself.
 
 Does it feel stressful, sad or heavy? Does it feel joyful, happy or light? Do you feel honoured & respected as a person? Or do you feel that their intentions are different to yours? These moments are intuitive signs & deep down you know what feels good & what doesn't feel quite right. You need to trust yourself.
 
 Your body gives you signs all the time. That gut feeling. That sensation of fear. That ecstatic feeling of joy. That deep ache in your heart. An emotion comes up & a reaction takes place. Don't ignore it, don't suppress it, don't analyse, don't overthink... Just feel, fully feel into YOU. Trust how you truly feel when words are said or written & how someone's actions make you feel. Your body is responding to whether it's honouring & aligned with your heart, values & purpose. We are all unique beings on different journeys & we are constantly being shown ways to stay connected to our inner power, honour our heart & grow.
 
 Your work as a human being is to choose from each moment what feels best for you, what gives you joy, pleasure & happiness. In doing that you are in alignment with the energy of your source. Your feelings of joy, pleasure & love are dependant on how you choose to live, what you choose to feel & honouring & showing up for your heart in each and every moment.
