They See Me Rollin'

They are there to energise me when I wake and there to calm me when I sleep. They are with me all throughout the day, in my salon, diffuser cranking at my desk, applied as part of my skin routine, added to my water, rolled on my heart when I am frustrated, sad, happy, angry as a means to self soothe. Even my bliss balls and stir frys are enhanced with Wild Orange and Rosemary (also great for focus). Applied to the soles of my feet the earthy oils keep my grounded and centred in my body, especially amongst any overwhelm.
